MasterCard, American Express and VISA are accepted for payment of fines including defaulted fines.
Cheques and money orders are payable to: Toronto Court Services Note: Only certified cheques and money orders will be accepted for payment of defaulted and previously dishonoured fines and payments.

Note: There is a P.O.A. administration office in Room 5A, Old City Hall. This is a satellite of the office located at 137 Edward St. In room 5A, you can pay a fine for out of court payments only and receive witness fees. All other matters including previously obtained fine payments, and appeals must be dealt with at 137 Edward St.
Directions: From the North and South: From Yonge Subway travel to the Queen Subway station, walk west to 60 Queen St. W. or Bay 6 bus to Queen St. W. From the East and West: Queen 501 or Downtowner 502 streetcar to Bay St.
