Hello,

I have a problem and i wonder if you can help me. A month ago I contracted my neighbor Joe Bramley to fix the roof of my house. He asked for and advance payment of $300 to buy materials with. We agreed that the job should be done by the beginning of December. Well, the roof is still not done and he has not given me my money back. I tried to reason with him to no avail. What legal actions can I take against him?
