Hello everybody,

I want to contest the bill of my recently deceased grandfather in which he appoints my sister as the sole beneficient. I wonder if I can sue in small claims court. What would be your advice?

Dear Linette,


Thank you for your question. If you want to contest your grandfather's bill, I would advise you to go through mediation or arbitration first.
