Hello everybody,

I want to contest the bill of my recently deceased grandfather in which he appoints my sister as the sole beneficient. I wonder if I can sue in small claims court. What would be your advice?

Thank you for your question. If you want to contest your grandfather's bill, I would advise you to go through mediation or arbitration first. These procedures will save you a lot of time and money and will solve the dispute in about 95 % of the cases. Look here for more free info on how to go about mediation:
