Hello all,

Yesterday I was stopped by the police just outside Toronto and they made me do the brethalizer test. I had had only a small beer at lunch time and this happened at 4 pm! Can they give me a ticket drunk driving?

Dear Jeff,

Let me try and help you. Unfortunately, drunk driving is not a procincial offence and you will not be issued a ticket for it. It is a criminal offence and may result in more serious fine and/or jail sentence. For more free information look here: http://legalcanadacommunity.co…..0Collision
