Hello all,


I am furious because yesterday I received an official not in the post, it was called " Provincial Offence Notice" and I am sure I have not commited any offence, on the day mentioned on the notice I was out of town! How could this happen?

Dear Liz,

One possible explanation is that if you have a child between 11 and 17 years old they could  be served with a Provincial offence Notice. For more information see here: http://legalcanadacommunity.co…..e%20Notice
