Hello everybody!


I have a 4 year old son and I take him for a walk every day. Yesterday our neighbor left her dog run free again even though i have repeatedly warned her not to do it The dog is enormous and it scared my son to death. He couldnt sleep lasst night, i'm outrageous I want to sue this woman. Please help me

Your neighbour is breaking the Provincial Offences Act which states that dogs must be kept on a leash. You should report her to the police and ask them to take action on your behalf.
