My name is Simon and i need your help any advice given would be greatly appreiated.

I have to admit I am  a bit of a trouble maker, no trouble finds me! I am 29 years old, my mum died when i was 6 years old so i cant really remember her, (but thats a different story.) Anyway, back to the point, when i was 10 i had my first run in with the law, I stole a bike and went to my teacher house and sprayed paint all over the windows, i was caught and given a warning (it was noted on my record.) when i was 21 i went to a club in town and got really drunk and i beat up a guy, he was knocked out and badly hurt i got charged with assult, then when i was 23 i was caught for shoplifting. I want to go to the states quickly as my dad is in troble and i want to help, how can i get there when i need a visa would i be denied for my crimes? whats a pardon? what will happen if i go illegal? whats a NEXUS?

I was denied a nexus card because i had a canabis conviction from 30 years ago. I was 19 when i was convicted and at 49 I am now President of a medium sized corporation. It's true that with nexus ANY conviction will be held against you no matter how old. I am waiting for my pardon to come through but this can take up to a year. Good luck!
