Dear all,

I am renting an apartment in an old building in Quebec city and mould keeps appearing on the wall and ceiling. I have spoken to my landlady many times about it, she says it will be done. The situation has been like this for 3 months. Is there anything I can do?

The landlord is responsible for the maintenance of the rental property and he or she is legally bound to keep the property in a good state of repair, which makes the property fit for habitation.
