Good morning,


I have a problem with a tenant of mine and I wonder if you could help me. He has not been in his apartment for over a month but his belongings are still there. I have tried to reach him by phone, left messages, but I still cannot reach him. I would like to terminate the tenancy but  I do not know where he lives at the moment. What should I do?
