Hi people,

I have been served an eviction notice by the court. Can I fight it if I feel that it is not justified? I am a singlr mother with two children, does this count? I really have nowhere else to go.

Dear Ms. Davis,


Once you have been served with an eviction notice by the court, you have no chouce but leave the premises.

If you  fail to comply with the Board Order, thelandlord may go tho the  Court Enforcement Office, and then the Sheriff can evict you.For more free info look here:
