MARCELLE TYLER

this might be alittle strange and obsurd, but I know that my husband of 17 years is stalking me. everywhere i go whether its to the supermarket or just a coffee break with friends he follows, he doesnt work and when i have spoken to him about this and how it makes me feel, he says its his job to know where his wife is at all times. as you can imgaine this is really getting me down as he doent trust me but i have never and would never do anything to hurt him. I believe its like mental abuse. can i file for a divorce and get him charged for this as its driving to breaking point?

charges could include:
• assault
• assault causing bodily harm
• sexual assault
• sexual assault causing bodily harm
• sexual assault with a weapon
• criminal harassment (sometimes called "stalking")
• uttering threats
• mischief
• intimidation
• forcible confinement
