Hello, I need some legal advice regarding my divorce. I filed for divorce last month…I will not bore you with the reasons..The thing is that I hear about some changes in the law and the mediation will become mandatory before going to court. Is this true? I just want to go to court and get it over and done with. Can yuo help mr?

Thank you for your question, I will try to give you more information on this matter. Yes, it is true that according to new legislation in Ontario divorcing couples will be encourages to go through mediation and arbitration before they go to court.
