I wonder if any of you have ever had this problem – one parent alienates the child from the other. Is there any legal action that one can take against it? What do you think of this : http://legalcanadacommunity.bl…..gspot.com/

Well, I think you can go to the court to reverse the custody, it is for the child's own well being. Prepare evidence that alienation is taking place.
