Hello,

I saw that you have a topic about arbitration here and I want to ask if anyone has dealt with it before? How much does it cost? Who finds the arbiter?

The issue is this: I am divorced and my ex-husband wants full custody over my only son. I did not agree to this and we went through mediation, which was unsuccessful. Do you think arbitration will help in my case?

Dear Ms Franchier,

I would definitely advice you to go through arbitration. It is cheaper than going to court, it is more private and fast procedure. See here how arbitration can help you:
